This urban infill home was designed for Greenville’s historic North Main neighborhood as its own unique piece, but also as a complementing pair for its next door neighbor that was designed and built at the same time.
You can see our inspiration in the Scandinavian design with the simplicity in the form and materials. For the exterior we are using Thermowood cladding from Finland for the main volume of the house, with anodized aluminum windows and white details to add freshness to the soft and warm look of the wood. The Thermowood continues though interior ceilings in a different profile, creating a cohesive feel between the inside and outside.
The interior material and color palette of this home is minimalist but soft, with neutral and warm base allowing space for some fun pops of color though interior details.
