Leach Street Commons is located in the the West End of Greenville, a neighborhood just over 1 mile from the center of Downtown Greenville, allowing easy access to parks and recreation as well as restaurants and cafes.

DESIGN CONCEPT:

The design of these homes is efficient and functional, maximizing small space storage solutions and offering flexible floor plans. Various outdoor living spaces were designed to fit throughout the homes, from large decks off the main living rooms to small courtyards in the bedroom levels.
