Norden on Stone is Greenville, South Carolina’s finest Scandinavian-inspired townhome community.
A collaborative effort between BLOM Design Studio and Cobblestone Homes, this innovative community offers a unique solution to urban living.

The site for the 18 townhome units is located in between residential and commercial zones right on the edge of North Main neighborhood, and our proposed design and scale reflects that juxtaposition.

DESIGN CONCEPT  - Stone Avenue Units

The design of this townhome community near downtown combines functional and beautiful living spaces filled with natural light, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and simplicity. The interior material and color palette is very neutral, natural wood tones pared with soft white surfaces, and it creates spaces that allows to bring in different styles depending on the homeowners preferences.
